OUR HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

The Zanno Foundation was born as a result of a few things: hands-on experience transforming the home of a neighbor, a fierce passion for real estate, and a desire to enrich the lives of elders in our community.

On a warm summer day years ago, I had the opportunity to team up with 33 volunteers to transform the home of a disabled homeowner in the community who needed it most. In a single day, we built a wheelchair ramp, painted the interior of the home, replaced doors and light fixtures, landscaped the yard and more. The sincere appreciation from the homeowner at the end of it all was extremely gratifying and I was proud that I was able to use my hands for the day to improve the quality of life of someone who is a part of my community. That feeling is something that has stuck with me since, and I'm thrilled to bring that feeling, and that experience, to others through this initiative.
